Abhishek Kumar’s presence in the house has been marked by controversy and aggression since the show’s inception. The actor made a dramatic entrance, engaging in a heated confrontation with his ex-flame Isha Malviya on stage and his anger has led to conflicts with several other contestants. In the latest episode of the show, Abhishek Kumar got emotional and poured his heart out in a heartfelt conversation with fellow housemate Anurag Dobhal. He shared the profound impact of his breakup with Isha Malviya, confessing that the post-breakup period was an arduous journey.
Speaking to Anurag Dobhal, Abhishek Kumar opened up about what happened after the breakup with Isha Malviya. He shared he couldn’t sleep for nearly six months. He admitted, “Main raat bhar jaagta tha. Main Psycho ho gaya tha (I used to be awake the whole night. I had turned into a psycho).”
The actor went on to explain how his usually humble nature took a hit due to his relationship with Isha. He said, “Mein humble bohat hu vaise toh. Isha ke chakkar mein hogaya tha. Isha ki wajah se mein hyper rehta tha. Itni sundar ladki girlfriend ban gai hai toh thoda aisa hota tha. Or kai baar usse ladayi ke chakkar mein dusron se ladaiya hoti thi (I am very humble but because of Isha, I used to be very hyper. I had such a pretty girlfriend. And because of fights with her, I used to be aggressive with others as well).”
He went on to mention that when he hugged other girls, he started thinking about Isha and he would leave the place worrying Isha wouldn’t like it. Abhishek shared with Anurag that he believed Isha and Samarth deliberately acted intimate in his presence, and Isha replicated some gestures they used to share when they were a couple.
In Bigg Boss 17, ex-couple Isha Malviya and Abhishek Kumar are contestants. The duo shared the screen space in the show Udaariyan, where they fell in love and were in a year-long relationship. However, due to Abhishek’s ‘possessiveness and aggressive behaviour’, Isha broke up. Meanwhile, Abhishek claims he still has feelings for her.
