The Israeli military announced a brief suspension of “military activities” in the city of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, for "humanitarian purposes". The pause took place from 10AM to 2PM local time on November 19, according to an IDF spokesperson. Yemen’s Houthi rebels seized a cargo ship carrying 25 crew members in the southern Red Sea as it sailed from Turkey to India, the Israeli military said.
