Faisal Shaikh, popularly known as Mr Faisu, rose to fame through his TikTok videos. While his camaraderie with Team07 garnered much love, it’s his connection with Jannat Zubair that often makes headlines. Despite ongoing dating speculations, the duo insists that they’re just close friends In a recent candid YouTube video, which is 10 minutes long. Faisu reacted to his roasting videos and shed light on two particular clips which also featured Jannat. He took the opportunity to dismiss misconceptions and clarified the reality behind those moments that led to speculation about their relationship.
Addressing the viral clip where he appeared to drop Jannat after his birthday party, the internet personality said, “Guys ye video pe 80 million views dekha hun, aur ye video logon ko itna pasand hai aur ye video bohot achi hai. Kya edit kiya hai yaar aaplogon ne but genuinely guys main media ko bolke nikla ki main 1 minute mein araha hun, woh main ek friend ko pick up karne gaya tha but utne mein hi birthday party khatam karke Jannat ki family jaa rahi thi toh salaam dua karne mein, main ek nazar maar liya, magar kya edit kiya hai yaar. [I have seen 80 million views on this video and people really like this video. What editing have you guys done, but genuinely, guys, I came out and told the media that I am coming in one minute. I had gone to pick up a friend, but at that moment, Jannat’s family was leaving after finishing the birthday party, so I took a glance while saying goodbye, but what editing has been done].”
In the next clip, it might appear that Jannat Zubair and Mr Faisu share an awkward moment, but Faisu was quick to clarify the actual scenario. He explained, “Main sach mein idhar Ayan se baat kar raha tha, ayan ko dekha tha raste pe jaate hue, maine pucha tha bhai tum bhi woh event pe jaa rahe ho kya toh meri usse waha baat hui but jab main event mein pohcha toh usse pucha ‘tumlog kaha ho,’ woh bhi media mein capture ho gaya. [I was actually talking to Ayan here. I had seen Ayan while going on the road and I asked him if he was also going to that event. So, I had a conversation with him there. But when I reached the event, I asked him, ‘Where are you guys?’ That too got captured by the media].”
“Uske baad meri entry hui, entry mein pata nahi tha ayan samne hi baitha hua hai, call pe baat karte karte maine dekha, pohchte pohchte hamara call pe interation ho gaya, logon ko manna padega yaar, itni si footage ko itna mast slo mo mein edit karke yaar… [During the entry, I didn’t know Ayan was sitting right in front. Throughout the years, Mr. Faisu has been speculated to be dating Jannat Zubair. However, on every occasion, the duo has refuted the rumours surrounding their alleged romance. Prior to his association with Phulwa actress, the content creator was previously linked to another TikTok artist, Jumana Khan.
Despite surrounded by various controversies related to his content, Faisu has remained determined to make his name in the entertainment industry. Last year, he participated in the 12th season of Khatron Ke Khiladi and secured the position of the first runner-up on the show. Later, he showcased his versatility by competing in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10.
